Job Overview
The Project Operations Manager provides end-to-end operational, logistical and project management support across the Shorelight Global Solutions team and impact in all functional areas —Portfolio Design, Partner Acquisition, and Implementation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and efficiently handles a blend of project management, operational and administrative management tasks. This position reports to the Vice President, Global Solutions.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain a portfolio dashboard to provide a real-time status update of new partners and products in the queue for SGS, and cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for data integrity across systems, including but not limited to Salesforce, Wrike, Spark and DropBox.
- Support the implementation team with project management of new partner launches in Wrike and supporting related cross-functional and external operations.
- Oversee partner acquisition pipeline tracking and weekly reporting, including Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Facilitate transition process for new partner and product launches: facilitate and organize meetings, track timeline for milestones and transition.
- Coordinate internal and external SGS events.
- Support incoming and outgoing communication plans, including organization and accessibility of team sites and resource libraries.
- Proactively identify synergies, redundancies, and opportunities to streamline workflows, meeting cadences and cross functional collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of expertise in project management, enablement, business operations, or similar
- Experience with project management principles and software.
- Strong problem solver with experience working on collaborative and cross-functional teams (operations, sales, engineering, marketing, etc.).
- Ability to structure and manage projects in ambiguous environments, holding stakeholders accountable.
- Record of exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated tact, patience, and diplomacy, when collaborating cross-departmentally.
- Eligibility to work and travel in the United States without Sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in higher education or related environment.
- Experience working with Wrike, Salesforce
- Hold or in the process of obtaining PMP certification.
