Essential Functions

CRM Management

  • Partner with Shorelight’s technology team on key optimizations for Shorelight’s CRM for the global recruitment team

Job Overview

The Associate Director, Demand Generation will lead the innovation of the Shorelight direct-to-student customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to redefine the strategies that will deliver an optimized student experience and directly increase revenue.  This role will guide the development and execution of an omni-channel, segmented approach to direct student customer engagement with a critical focus on measuring and optimizing against performance. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.
This role will work closely with colleagues in Customer Experience, Marketing Automation, Creative Services, and Inside Sales to develop an executable vision for the Shorelight direct-student customer journey — which will include leads from diverse sources, such as Affiliates, Organic, and List Purchases. This role will place primary focus on the performance and optimization of key moments of direct digital engagement, including email and webinars, forms and visits, and flow across touchpoints. This role will also lead initiatives for the expansion of engagement to potentially include SMS, chat, and automated response systems. 
This individual will also collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Recruitment, and Regional teams to align customer engagement initiatives that grow, and drive pipeline, revenue, and channel performance. This individual will also be responsible for providing summaries and recommendations to departmental leadership. 

Essential Functions

Analytics
  • Partner with Analytics to define and maintain KPI’s by stage
  • Partner with Analytics to track and manage reporting of campaign performance against key engagement KPIs, including regular performance reviews with Acquisition leadership
  • Use analytics to regularly identify issues and opportunities for future improvements
  • Partner with Analytics to standardize and simplify reporting in order to create a centralized reporting index that makes it easy for everyone to rapidly access key information on performance
Engagement Strategy
  • Partner with Marketing Automation, Customer Experience, and Inside Sales teams to develop a strategy and roadmap for continuous improvement of the D2C student journey from lead capture through engagement strategies to Inside Sales
  • Meet regularly with business and technology stakeholders to understand goals and gaps, and develop new engagement strategies that advance their goals
  • Develop Business Cases for new campaigns and strategies and lead development of new campaigns and strategies
  • Expand campaign automation and reduced manual effort through process across key stages of journey
  • Work closely with Inside Sales and Recruitment teams to build marketing plans aligned with customer journey and sales team activities

Engagement Tactics and Delivery

  • Oversee development and execution of omnichannel marketing programs through scalable and standardized processes. 
  • Manage campaign calendar in coordination with content and production teams. 
  • Work across team to constantly improve campaign creatives and tactics towards driving customer interest and meet revenue goals, esp. A/B testing. 
  • Lead the process for gathering info and packaging as a Campaign Brief all upcoming campaigns
  • Champion team documentation of all existing campaign information.
  • Lead the training of appropriate Marketing team members on marketing automation tools to expand ability to deliver campaigns. 
  • Manage Sr. Coordinator, Demand Generation direct report as well as across the Marketing team and with 3rd party agencies when appropriate.

Job Overview

The Career Services Manager (CSM) supports students and prepares them for participation in educational internships, postgraduate job searches, and other career goals.  Reporting to the VP, Academic Affairs, the CSM promotes Shorelight Career Services programs, develops curriculum for and teaches career-readiness workshops, and serves as a local contact to nurture employer relationships and promote employers to students. Essential Functions

Program Management

  • Ensure all concepts and details for Shorelight Career Services are integrated into any new program and/or product launches

  • Secure new in-person and virtual internship opportunities through the development and implementation of partnerships with employers on state, regional, national, and international levels
  • Assist students in navigating the career development, planning, and implementation process by leading students through the Shorelight Career Services Programs

The Executive Director, Regional Partner Operations, West, manages a portfolio of campuses within the Shorelight group of colleges and universities. Essential Functions

Regional Campus Operations

  • Overall responsibility for managing operations of the region of campuses under Shorelight Education’s Partner Operations unit:
  • Provide leadership, manage performance, and ensure KPIs are exceeded and programs are running consistently in areas of student enrollment, satisfaction, student support, academic quality, staff engagement, and other metrics as determined by the partnership Steering Committee
  • Identify, share, and encourage best practices to enable each campus to exceed objectives
  • Create platform to report on monthly metrics, including but not limited to student enrollment, satisfaction, retention, progression, staff engagement, and P&L management
  • Manage operations of the region, including ensuring systems and procedures are established and followed to maintain accurate records and reporting on all aspects of the program

  • Support the launch and management of other Shorelight Education Partnership Campus locations through participation in the business development and implementation cycles

Job Description

The Talent Management Partner will actively drive the company’s talent acquisition, engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, as well as manage training and development programs for new and existing staff at Shorelight. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Management, this role will manage and support Shorelight’s talent acquisition and learning & development efforts, ensuring that our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is embedded in our practices, policies, development programs and talent strategy. Essential Functions

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and drive Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies in collaboration with HR leadership, Human Resource Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure the timely and cost-effective identification and selection of qualified, high-quality, diverse talent required to achieve business goals
  • Integrate brand strategies into all TA and networking activities
  • Proactively generate a continual, diverse pipeline of highly qualified internal and external candidates through active networking (both in-person and online) and passive candidate review by leveraging metrics and technology as well as increasing Shorelight’s global footprint

  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training 
  • Provide timely reports and analytics, flag risks or delays in advance and provide recommendations to HR leadership and key stakeholders
  • Optimize training processes for efficiency and manage the annual training calendar
  • Design solutions focused on employee engagement, inclusion, and retention

Engagement and DEI

  • Drive DEI strategic initiatives through committees, trainings, and internal and external partners

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years working at an international education company
  • Demonstrated experience managing the candidate process, orchestrating a positive candidate experience throughout

Job Overview 

The Adjunct English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Instructor teaches pre-university, undergraduate, or graduate level Academic English through listening, speaking, reading, writing, and grammar lessons on an interactive, synchronous online platform. This role combines English Language Teaching with academic English instruction and acculturation. The Adjunct EFL Instructor adapts the curriculum as needed to reflect best practices in online EFL instruction and will be teaching group sessions in a communicative approach to English Language Teaching. 

Essential Functions 

Teaching 

  • Prepare and deliver up to 22 hours of online instruction per week 
  • Work in a team environment with other instructors and the American Collegiate team to select and prepare appropriate teaching and learning materials (including e-textbooks, online materials, and self-created materials)

The Director of Admissions, Regional Partner Operations manages the end to end enrollment process for an assigned portfolio of partnerships.  He/she/they serves as a strategic leader in international student enrollment and supports the Managing Directors of assigned partnerships in optimizing the admissions process to open access for qualified international students to meet enrollment goals.  The Director of Admissions, Regional Partner Operations must be a self-directed individual with a demonstrated history of effective leadership.  He/she/they must show excellence in problem solving, oral and written communication, and a strong attention to detail. This position reports to the Senior Director of Global Admissions, Partner Operations at Shorelight and works closely with key stakeholders across campus as well as Shorelight acquisition leadership around the world.

Essential Functions

Management of Admissions Operations

  • Serve as primary advocate for Shorelight’s mission by working with field experts to improve and execute on core values of the Shorelight admissions team
  • In concert with university admissions and Shorelight admissions staff, coordinate all aspects of the application flow for assigned portfolio with a keen eye to streamlining process and opening access to qualified students
  • Monitor and uphold service agreements (turnaround time) for all applicant profiles, including graduate, sponsored, and I-20 transfer students
  • Ensure consistent quality of applications being delivered to university audience, including regular tracking, forecast, and analysis
  • Partner with admissions staff to oversee new application case escalation to the appropriate academic or faculty personnel
  • Support new program development, including admissions criteria, processes, and implementation
  • Lead bi-annual evaluation of Localized Entry Requirements (LERs), acceptable credentials, and application throughput with the goal of optimizing existing processes and supporting enrollment growth and partnership goals
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Director of Global Admissions, Partner Operations

Program Promotion

  • Support multi-brand strategy and execution within the Shorelight portfolio to drive enrollment growth
  • Work closely with acquisition leadership to support conversion activity throughout the student lifecycle for assigned portfolio
  • Lead trainings on program offerings and USPs
  • Serve as domain expert on program requirements and credential evaluation

Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary relationship manager of critical university personnel, including but not limited to Vice President of Enrollment Management, Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions Directors/Assistant Deans, Primary Designated School Official, and support partnership relationships with other key stakeholders in the enrollment process across the university
  • Chair the Marketing Enrollment Services Committee (MESC), maintain a regular cadence of MESC meetings at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and communicate updates to the partnership Steering Committee and the wider Shorelight audience
  • Work closely with Shorelight stakeholders to ensure alignment of the university brand with Shorelight’s global strategies
  • Work closely with Shorelight student acquisition leadership; always looking to improve effectiveness of field communications.

This role contributes to the architecture, deployment, and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce toolset.  As a subject matter expert, the Lead Salesforce Developer liaises with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop appropriate solutions through Salesforce.  Managing time in an Agile environment to ensure the project is delivered on time and aligned with customer expectations is critical along with strong relationship-building capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and adaptability. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an ability to design and facilitate executive-level presentations to stakeholders and organizational leadership is essential.  The Lead Salesforce Developer will report to the Principal Quality Assurance Manager.

Essential Functions

Architecture & Design

  • Architect and develop and lead developers in solutioning Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and other salesforce Components
  • Architect and Simplify current and future Salesforce solutions.
  • Design system to satisfy System performance and perform Performance tuning for Salesforce Infrastructure.

Development

  • Design and develop client-side solutions using LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Design and develop solutions that integrate with Managed Packages from Salesforce Partners using APIs from Salesforce and 3rd parties
  • Develop and Maintain Process and principles on Code review, Build/Deploy and unit test for Salesforce
  • Develop code and unit tests to implement business requirements as part of an Agile Scrum Development team
  • Make accurate Level of Effort estimates to requirements and communicate to stakeholders
  • Perform and guide members on development, unit testing and defect fixes
  • Perform and advice on performance tuning of various internal and external salesforce integrations.
  • Conduct design and code reviews with peers and third-party development team members
  • Write clear and accurate technical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years’ experience implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Extensive experience as Salesforce Architect and Lead Developer
  • Expertise in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce development best practices
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, SOQL, SOSL and understanding of relational databases
  • Proficiency with the Force.com IDE, Git, SFDX and other common development tools
  • Solid knowledge of Data modeling, Database design, and Data governance
  • Experience with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, REST, SOAP
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within the Sales and Service Clouds
  • Eligibility to work in, and travel freely to and from, the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject
  • One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a Data Architecture and / Or Platform Developer
  • Experience with ETL (Informatica)
  • Familiarity with Data migration with Salesforce
  • Knowledgeable in object-oriented programming languages, such as Java, C#, C++
  • Experience working / leading remote third-party development teams

Job Overview

Shorelight Global Solutions (SGS) is responsible for end-to-end partnership and product strategy and development. The Alliance Development Representative plays a key role executing an outreach strategy to drive new partnerships and business opportunities.  This role will primarily consist of researching potential clients, establishing new leads, managing CRM and similar prospecting and automation tools, executing early-stage sales processes, and analyzing, reporting on and improving our outreach processes.

Essential Functions

Business Development and Relationship Management

  • Perform a leading business development role by Managing, nurturing and developing new University relationships
  • Execute effective outreach strategy that includes regular virtual and face-to-face presentations and interaction
  • Work closely and collaboratively to develop complementary partnerships that meet targets and contribute to portfolio goals

Process and Data Management

  • Complete regular needs analyses, formulating proposals, detailing costing, and negotiating payment terms
  • Maintain and update prospect records in Salesforce; update Salesforce with relevant research and scheduling information
  • Achieve set monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets through continuous new business development activities
