Job Overview

The Global Classroom Technical Support Specialist will support Shorelight Live, which offers immersive distance learning programs through technology-enabled, in-country, live-lecture learning for China including classes in Shanghai, Beijing, Xian, Chengdu and Shenzhen.

The role includes daily class technical operations and support, maintenance and updates and disaster recovery protocols either on-site or remotely.

He/She will collaborate with Shorelight global staff, partners, contractors and vendors to ensure full functionality of PC, network, hardware, software, audio/visual equipment and curriculum.

支持专家将对日常的教室技术操作和支持，包括现场或远程的维护，系统更新和故障恢复负责。

支持专家同样需要与学之光国际员工，合作伙伴，承包商和供应商对接，以确保电脑，网络，硬件，软件，音频/视频设备和课程的全部正常运转。

Essential Functions

Technical Support

• On-site and remote global classrooms support and maintenance
• Maintain classroom uptime of 99% or better
• Manage software and hardware deployments, implementing patches and performing other maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolution of PC, network, audio and visual issues
• Participate in new classroom projects from time to time

Technical Administration

• Perform technical administration including licenses, warranties, ID/Credentials, maintenance cycles, technical documents, drawings, checklists, etc
• Perform on-site rehearsals, demos and tests as needed
• Perform new roles as required

技术管理

• 管理软件许可证授权，质量担保，ID /证书，维护周期，技术文档，图纸，清单等

Collaboration

• Work with students, faculty, program co-ordinators, studios, operations and engineering team
• Work in remote collaboration with colleagues around the world
• Some travel may be required
• Report to Global Classroom Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree or Specialized Certificates in IT, Networking or Audio Visual Studies
• Experience in supporting office or classroom technology including at least 4 or more areas: Networking, IT Security, Operating Systems (Mac and Windows), Cloud and remote management, IP/VLAN/VPN protocols, Video Conferencing, Collaboration system, Audio-Visual system, Mobile systems (Laptops, tablets, phones, cameras, SSO, etc)
• Flexible and able to take on new roles and tasks as required
• Able to carry weights up to 20kg from time to time
• Able to read, write and speak English and own language well
• Cheerful and calm under pressure

资质要求

• 包括至少四个或更多领域：网络，IT安全，操作系统（Mac和Windows），云和远程管理，IP / VLAN / VPN协议，视频会议，协作系统，音频-视觉系统，移动系统（笔记本电脑，平板电脑，电话，相机，SSO等）
• 高灵活度,能够根据需要承担各种角色和任务
• 可负重20KG设备并进行现场安装
• 优秀的英语听说读写能力
• 开朗，稳重，抗压性好

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with projectors, microphone, PTZ camera, speaker, amplifier, codecs and other AV equipment desirable but not mandatory
• Familiarity with A/V and video conferencing hardware and software

符合以下条件者优先

• 熟悉A / V和视频会议的硬件安装和软件操作
